Terms and Conditions

1. Workshop Details

• We offer fun, basic oil blending workshops designed for both adults and young people.

• Our workshops are relaxed and focused on enjoyment rather than formal instruction.

• DBS-cleared facilitators lead all sessions.

 

2. Booking and Payments

• Bookings can be made by inquiring about available dates. Our booking calendar will be launched soon.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

• The remaining balance is due 7 days before the workshop.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer or online card payments.

 

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• The 50% deposit is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to another date if the session is rescheduled at least 7 days before the original workshop date.

• Please note that full payment is still due 7 days before the original workshop date, even if you reschedule.

• If Brujass Ltd needs to cancel, a full refund will be provided. In the event of a reschedule, no refund will be offered, and the new date will be arranged at no additional cost.

 

4. Participation and Conduct

• Our workshops are designed to be fun and light-hearted. Please be kind and courteous to others.

• This is not a science lesson, so feel free to keep things relaxed. We focus on the experience of creating, not technicalities.

• Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your good vibes!

 

5. Health and Safety

• A safety brief will be conducted before we begin.

• All participants must declare any allergies or health concerns before the session starts.

• If you have any special needs, please inform us ahead of time.

 

6. Data Protection and Privacy

• We will collect allergen information to ensure your safety during the workshop.

• This information will be securely stored and kept for compliance purposes only.

 

7. Intellectual Property

• You own the blends you create, but essential oils themselves cannot be owned.

• If you wish to sell your blend, please speak with the facilitator, who can advise you on next steps.
